This classically inspired brick home occupies a plateau surrounded by densely wooded valleys and hillsides. The new dining pavilion serves as a gathering place for family and friends. Broad steps invite descent to the pool terrace and beyond a circular seating area overlooking a stream at the edge of the plateau, beckons. North of the pavilion, a formally planted garden path extends to a bench beneath an apple tree espaliered against a new garden wall. A series of garden rooms are created; secret garden to dining pavilion to sunken pool to fire pit beyond.
